The Name is P-Rock AKA Promise. The 22 year old rapper hails from Milwaukee's Northside, and has been spittin' bars since the ripe young age of 8, before he even knew what 16 bars were. As a young boy P-Rock fell in love with Hop Hip, not just the music but the business aspect as well. In his early career he helped form rap groups, and find young artist to create music with. During this period he grew as an artist and developed his flow and found his own voice. Over the last 3- 4 years he has been taking his dream of putting his stamp on the game serious.
Bringing a new sound, style and Milwaukee/Midwest's perspective to the industry, his flow/style is not quite gangsta,commercial or conscious but a mixture of all types what he describes as "Reality Music" it's hard to categorize me or my style i say it's Real , it's street ,it's what's going on". Although being an artist is his main focus and music is his first love he is very well rounded in many fields of entertainment.
P-Rock is a Radio DJ with his own show,a screenplay writer developing films & plays and also founder of Out The Gate records and a member of Position Players Inc. No matter which part of the entertainment world he invades he plans on making an impact.
