It's About Time Dey Know About D.L.O.!!! MESS WITH MADISON, WI MC D. L. O.!!!

People ask me everyday about the Green Bay Packers...like I'm the damn coach lmao. THERE IS MORE IN MY STATE!!! THE PACK AIN'T ALL WE GOT!!! We got hot ass music too...ya'll knwo about my homie Jo FloWroshus...but you best believe Jo Flow ain't the only one puttin' it down in Madison!!! Fuck wit dat dude D.L.O!!!

D.L.O.- Dialect Lyrical One. Bradley Thomas has become Madison’s rapping sensation in the area hip hop scene since 1996. Raised in Madison, WI his ambition has allowed him to produce, perform and record many hits, along with three, soon to be four, hip-hop albums. Many have labeled D.L.O. the Kanye West of Madison.

After three previous strong album releases (Rhyme Reneisance- 1999, Playing for Keeps- 2000, and Sample This- 2003), D.L.O. is coming out with his own fourth and independent album, Customer Service. In the business of customer service, it is said that quality in a service or product is not what you put into it but what the client or customer gets out of it. This album promotes just that. Influenced by Dr. Dre, J Dilla, Curtis Mayfield, and Barry White, D.L.O. has provided the best “customer service” by giving producers new sensational talent and performing sensational hip-hop hits to continue his stellar music career.

Starting back in 1996 with a group called Kaotic Intentions, D.L.O. has come a long way. Kaotic Intentions opened up for big-name artist Twista and luminary group Do or Die. D.L.O. continued his journey with the help of his childhood friend, Reggie Reynolds in 1999 and 2000 under the name DSP (Da Supreme Profits). After their two successful album releases, D.L.O. released a solo album in 2003, called Sample This, which received positive reviews from the local Hip Hop scenes. After the solo release, D.L.O. became co-founder of IceMantis Productions LLC out of Madison, WI. His production company provides tracks for hip-hop, jazz, and r&b artists in Wisconsin. Such artists include Kalo, L.U.V., Figureheads, Romey, Rob Dz, Stink Tank, OX, and Dumate.

As a performer, D.L.O. has shared stages with national and regional artists including the legendary Clyde Stubblefield, Common, Talib Kweli, Twista, Crucial Conflict, Rob Dz, Known Boundaries, F. Stokes, Natty Nation, Stink Tank and more celebrity known Snoop Dogg and T.I. As a performer, D.L.O. sounds like a mixture of Common, Mos Def and Method Man. When he performs, his passion for his music is easily seen and what attracts fans is his high energy performances. This is shown even in his lyrics of one of his hit singles “Strut” as he raps “even though I got no fortune or fame, it doesn’t matter cause I rock mics and entertain.” His passion is incredible and his words are so real, which is rare in an artist.

D.L.O.’s music career has become even more successful after signing with Brent Hoffman of North Coast Entertainment a year ago. Some of his hit songs like, “Congratulations”, is becoming very popular in Madison’s hip-hop scene. The song talks about marriage and strong single mothers. “Congratulations” is similar to Tupac’s “Keep Ya Head Up” with an underground vibe to it. According to D.L.O., “On the Grind is the next favorite because people like to hear about money with some ego mixed in there.” He also believes that college radio listeners will be big fans of “From the Soul”, “The Truth is Revealed,” and “Life is Just Like That.” “People that are unhappy will like these songs..I got a little something for everybody,” says D.L.O. This is another great aspect of D.L.O, his knowledge of issues in today’s society and reaching out to those fans. This ability to reach out to different types of people has allowed him to attract a wide range of fans.

The goal of D.L.O. as an artist with his album release is to provide and perform “customer service” that is not just the best, but legendary. His talent is what keeps him out of the shadows of his competition and allows him to be great.
