It Would Be Hip Hop's Version Of Treason If You Didn't Mess With DJ Heathen! Fuck Wit The Ill Mil's DJ Heathen!!!


DJ Heathen, born Travis Chambers has been surrounded by music and the hip-hop culture most of his young life. Starting out doing small events at the age of fourteen Heathen became eager to learn the DJ game. By the age of seventeen Heathen had begun working on and mastering his craft of mixing. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Heathen had to sometimes look outside of his city, for creative influences though he relied on the veterans in his city to guide him in the right direction. Heathen has been influenced by everyone from Jam Master Jay to DJ Green Lantern, which has allowed for him to have a diverse taste in music and a very strong base in which to learn from.

Now in his early twenties Heathen has become a rising star to many. Heathen has released four mixtapes and is currently working on his fifth, he is an active member of The Core DJ’s, he does numerous community events, he has opened up for the likes of the Ying Yang Twins, Webbie and lil Wayne and he is working closely with many well known artist and producers locally and nationally. In his spare time, Heathen can be found in 4AR Studios learning the production side of the music game, because to Heathen all aspects of music are important to be familiar with not just the DJ aspect.

Heathen looks forward to what else the future has in stored for him, and is proud to be affiliated with his fellow Core DJ family. Heathen has also been lucky enough to be blessed with a seasoned veteran as his mentor and looks forward to learning as much as he can, so that he can become a seasoned vet like much of his Core DJ family.
