Hola folks, what's the good word? I don't know about you, but Mondays are the truth, I don't know how you can have a bad case of the 'best day to grind' day lol...meh, to each his own...I got a few interviews that I gotta knock out so you should see one sometime this week...no promises on the day, I'll prolly announce that 24 hrs prior to the post...be on the look out!!! Enough riff raff...onto the special editon herb-related "Fochs Fact" of the day!!!...

Fochs Fact #23: They say that weed can cause permanent mental damage, that my amigos, is PURE MYTH!!!...I mean if you want me to get all nerdalicious and gather data and stats and all that scientific shit, holla @ BBB@bfochs.com, I'll be glad to put you up on game :) Really though folks, weed is harmless as fuck, on the real, I respect a mofos decision for not smokin'...so I imagine they should pay me and all the other herbivores the same respect and leave us be...it's our lungs and we will fill them full of THC if we want :) Owwwwwwwww, watch out for some wavy Monday shiznit!!!...
