The Bay Area Ambassador, E-40, returns with his new album "The Ball Street Journal" which will be released this upcoming Monday, November 24th. E-40 and co. decided to move up the release date one day to get them extra dollars from those holiday shoppers, going against fellow heavyweights Ludacris and Kanye West should make for an interesting looking Billboard chart next week. I've been down with this cat since I was a young buck, I don't care what anybody says, this dude is a legend, everyone and there mom has jacked this dude's swag at some point or time.
