The Midwest Got It Poppin'! St. Louis Is No Exception! Fuck Wit One Of Cats In St. Louis Who's Puttin' On Heavy! FUCK WIT M.C.!!!

From the region known as the Midwest, comes the talented artist, M.C, hailing from the north side of St. Louis. A late bloomer, M.C always knew he could rap, but never took it seriously until his senior year of high school when he was put to the test. M.C. had battled one of the schools top lyricists and released a verbal assault, forcing his competitor to bow his head and walk away.

With winning the battle and gaining respect as well as motivation from his peers, M.C. considered this victory as the most inspiring moment in his music career, even though he doesn't consider himself as a battle rapper. M.C has released two underground albums accumulating 10,000 units sold throughout the Midwest and the South, while his latest effort, "Welcome To Rich City" was released in Jan. 2008 and was featured in April's issue(2008) of The Ozone Magazine. M.C's last single, "I'm Cool", created big a buzz in St. Louis as well as in other regions, was recently featured on DJBooth.net.

M.C has been featured on several DJ's mixtapes all across the world from Detroit, Michigan to Paris, France, from Vancouver, Canada to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and many stops in between and of course including his hometown's two largest DJ coalitions "The Derrty DJ's" & "The Hit Breaker DJ's." M.C was also featured in one of St. Louis' biggest parades, "The May Day Parade", alongside national recording artists such as Chingy(DTP/Def Jam), Jibbs(Interscope Records), and Huey(Jive Records).

M.C has also been seen on Access Granted alongside Chingy. "M.C has skills, I took him out on tour with me and he did his thing, I mean he connects with the people, he stays motivated, a lot of artist like to be in "rapper" mode but he just knows how to handle himself for real" explains Chingy. "M.C is definitely one of the premiere artist in St. Louis" as quoted from Core/Derrty DJ, DJ Sir Thurl. M.C has gotten great response locally, being requested & being the featured guest in several interviews from both of St. Louis' premiere Hip Hop/R&B stations, 100.3 The Beat and Hot 104.1. "He just takes control of the audience with his performances flat out, great music great performer" says Young Dipp of Hot 104.1. M.C feels he brings to the table a different flavor of music from St. Louis, with his own distinctive style. Writing rap after rap, performing show after show, and support from Peers and family is what keeps this hungry artist motivated.

You should know from my posting of evidence in the form of music that the Midwest ain't no slouch on the music steez, especially St. Louis. M.C. looks to add on to the legend of St. Louis that other artists like Nelly, Chingy, Huey, Jibbs have built up, he's doing it already now as we speak, it's only a matter of time before he's mentioned globally as one of the dopest to come out the city, hell one of the dopest period! I've seen many artists come and go, M.C. is here to stay folks, DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS DUDE!

Below you can catch a few joints I've posted in the past of M.C.'s including his smash hits "I'm Cool" and "Power Up." You can also peep his new single "Doin' My Thang" and another joint by the name of "Get'n My Shine." On top of the tunage, you can also peep a video of M.C. doing his thing on stage, 'Show and prove' and 'M.C.' go hand in hand folks! Peep game! Also, make sure to hit up M.C.'s youtube channel below as well as his myspace. FUCK WIT M.C. DAMNIT!!!
