A little late on the ole Midwest Gem segment, but better late than never ya dig? R. Kelly goes hard on the R&B tip. I don't care what duke does outside of the music, everybody has their vices, we are all livin' in Vice City, with that said, peep this epic record by the Windy City crooner.
