This WI Music Engineer Extraordinaire Is Dat Guy On 'The Fly' FUCK WIT AD-LIB!!!

Very often, artists, producers and DJ's are the ones who receive most of the accolades publicly when their work is a success, but those in the know realize that music engineers are the cornerstone of any successful music project. In Milwaukee, WI lies not only a highly talented music engineer, but a talented artist in general, you could call him a jack of all trades! The man I speak of, is Ad-Lib!

AD-Lib was born and raised in Boston, Ma. At the age of 15, he moved to Milwaukee and got involved with the breaking and graffiti crews on the Southside. In 2000, he met Meccah Maloh, Together they formed the United Nations. Maloh showed Ad-Lib how to record and make beats, His first beat machine was a Dr 5 and his first recording machine was a Zoom 1200 Digital Recorder. His current tools of the trade include: A Motif and Roland Juno G keyboard, a MPC 1000, Pro Tools, Event 20/20 monitors, an Alesis Compressor, a Presonus Preamp Compressor, a Technique 1200 turntable, and yes, a 5 track tape recorder.

Ad-Lib is currently one half of the Dynamic Hip Hop Duo, The United Nations. Separating him self from the local trend of Crunk-Gangsta music, Ad-Lib has created a whole new diverse sound that can work for any artist. Demands for his production have inflated since he teamed up with business partner, and also good friend, Dameon Ellzy for the collaborative effort called "SilverSpoons on PaperPlates." Crafting tracks for local artist such as: Royal Fam, Sose, Meccah Maloh, The Network, and Phavor one, Ad-Lib has stayed consistent behind the boards and has proved to the city that he is one of the major players in this Hip Hop game. Many try to conquer ,but so many fail, but Ad-Lib will always be on top of his game.

Ad-Lib is now part of UMG, Umbrella Music Group, which consists of Royal Fam, Tay Butler, Haz Solo, Missen Linc, The United Nations and D. Ellzey. He currently owns Bronzeville Studios with D. Ellzey where he is a full-time engineer. Currently, Ad-Lib is riding high with the success of "Mo profit, Mo Progress" and "Tay's Anatomy." He is about to follow it up with his non-UMG affiliated crew, The Alumni. The Alumni consists of Ad-Lib, Meccah Maloh, Cino Brooks and Definition.

It is clearly evident from reading above that Ad-Lib and his movement are in the upper echelon of the Hip-Hop acts in the state of Wisconsin, and the Midwest region in general. Below, you can find audio proof of Ad-Lib's abilities in the form of a few things. My personal favorite out of the bunch, is his production mixtape, "Libstramentals Season 1: Episode 69." This beat tape people, is on some space age shit, I'll go as far as saying "Renaissance-like" in terms of concepts with sampling, you'll DEFINITELY hear what I mean when you check it out.

Also below, you can catch a track from "Tay's Anatomy" and a cut from The Alumni, both songs were mixed by Ad-Lib, and the offering from "Tay's Anatomy" was produced, recorded as well, see, jack of all trades! Lol. As usual, that's not all folks! Beneath the music, you can catch directions for Ad-Lib's and D. Ellezy's studio, there's even a link for Map Quest so you don' have a tough time getting to the Illest engineer in Wisconsin's studio! If you are serious about having your music work for you, then I HIGHLY suggest getting in touch with Ad-Lib pronto! That isn't all...you can also find a link below to Ad-Lib's official blog H2omagonline.com CHECK IT OUT NOW!!! Ad-Lib whut it dew mane!?! I got you!!!
